A healthy community is a thriving one. By supporting and creating community based wellness initiatives we can focus on improving lifestyles for all ages. Collaborating with community partners allows us to address issues like mental health, homelessness, substance abuse, and even healthy living. Additionally, identifying and gathering resources for the department of recreation will help support and build programs and provide facilities for our community. This includes opportunities such as mentoring, youth sports and activities, community engagements and senior activities. All of which build unity and resilience across the community.
